GAZA: Israeli-American hostage Edan Alexander released from Hamas captivity, 31 killed, 73 wounded in Gaza Strip in last 24 hours ■ CEASE-FIRE: U.S. hopes Alexander's release 'marks the beginning of the end' of the war; Israeli delegation will arrive in Doha for negotiations ■ IRAN: Neighboring countries warned by Iranian military official to 'stay neutral' during Trump visit to Gulf
Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that "we in the coming days will be entering with all our strength to complete the process... to subdue Hamas," adding that "it could be that Hamas will say 'pause we want to release another 10 hostages'. Ok, release them. We will receive them and after that enter. But there will not be a situation where we stop the war."
Netanyahu made the comments while meeting with IDF soldiers wounded in Gaza combat, where he also said that the government has established an agency to oversee the administration of the Gaza transfer plan. "But there is one problem, we need countries to receive them."
