Court documents reveal Tupac murder suspect implicated Sean Combs in rapper's death
The man charged in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas had previously tried to implicate Sean "Diddy" Combs in the shooting, according to court documents.
Duane Davis claimed in separate interviews, one with Las Vegas police and one with a documentary crew, that Combs offered to pay for the shooting as part of an ongoing feud with Marion "Suge" Knight.
Davis' statements were included in a filing from the Clark County District Attorney's office, submitted in response to Davis seeking reconsideration of his bail conditions. A judge has yet to rule on his motion as of Wednesday.
